FT/PT Records Specialist – SLC

Great opportunity for those seeking further experience in the social services field or non-profit sector who enjoy working with data & records and value being an integral part of a team in an organization working to serve the women and children of Utah. The person in this position is responsible for managing mental health billing with an assistant for busy non-profit organization including billing, filing, archiving and auditing of client records. Prefer working experience in these areas and data management, but willing to train individual with impeccable attention to detail, good basic math skills, ability to enter information quickly and accurately, and efficiency in organizing and overseeing data of client charts and billing records.

-Must be able to work independently, manage stress well and demonstrate initiative in solving problems.

-Training and supervision provided.
Wage: $15-16/hour. Full benefits package including health insurance, dental, 2x salary life insurance, 30+ days off a year for holidays, vacation, sick; 401(k) dollar for dollar match up to 5% after one year with vesting schedule, paid training, opportunity for advancement, employee recognition and other incentives are available.
Hours: 40 hours/week, Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm, hours are somewhat flexible
Wage: $13-14/hour. 401(k) dollar for dollar match up to 5% after one year with vesting schedule, opportunity for advancement, employee recognition and other incentives are available.

-Must be at least 21 years old.
-This is a non-smoking worksite.
-Must be able to pass extensive background check and drug test.
-If in recovery, must have at least 2 years of sobriety.
-Must have own reliable transportation.
House of Hope is a non-profit organization providing addiction recovery and behavioral health services to help women rebuild their lives and strengthen their families in seven facilities in SLC and Provo.
