FT/PT Women’s Therapist (Provo)
House of Hope, established in 1946, for the treatment of substance use disorders (SUD) and behavioral health services for women and their families is actively seeking to add a full-time clinical counseling position to our Provo team! Whether you are just graduating with your master’s degree and focused on getting experience for licensure or are an experienced clinician who is seeking a new challenge, we have an opening that may be just what you are looking for as your next professional adventure!
What is special about House of Hope? As the oldest SUD program in Utah, the program’s mission is to help women and families recover from the devastation of addiction and heal from past traumas. Staff are focused on helping each woman obtain the insight, skills, and resources that–added to the strengths she already has–can help her create a healthy, self-sufficient future in recovery.
House of Hope’s clinical model is based on collaboration between staff and departments, so direct care requirements are lower than any other program. Most importantly, House of Hope believes in strengthening families and specializes in family reunification. Women may bring young children into treatment in the Parents Programs so children’s needs and parenting services can be offered concurrently. Since allied agencies include corrections, courts, the Division of Child and Family Services (DCFS) and many other domestic violence, mental health and medical services, therapists gain comprehensive experience in most domains of the human services system of Utah.
