A 24/7 national hotline dedicated to providing immediate crisis counseling in the aftermath of a disaster (including public health emergencies).

24/7 emergency counseling from a licensed counselor if you or a loved are having thoughts of suicide, experiencing an emotional or mental health crisis, or need support.

A 24/7 text line to offer free, 24/7 support from a Crisis Counselor via text.

UNI Warm Line: 801-587-1055

Open seven days a week from 8 a.m. to 11 p.m., call to speak with a peer support specialist for emotional support, engagement, or encouragement. This is a great resource if you are feeling isolated but are not in crisis.
