Giving Tuesday at House of Hope

December 3rd, 2019

December 3 is #GivingTuesday. Started in 2012, Giving Tuesday is a global generosity movement to create a day of giving to charitable organizations and causes. In just seven years, the #GivingTuesday movement has raised more than $1 billion online in the U.S. alone. House of Hope is encouraging our community to give back through giving time, voice, dollars, goods, kindness, or talent—everyone has something to give!

This year, House of Hope is seeking donations through three primary methods:

  1. Dollar Donations: Even $5 can make a difference in the lives of our clients! Any amount of money helps us achieve our mission of reunifying Utah families. Click here to donate now.
  2. In-Kind Donations: House of Hope is in need of winter gear and coats for the women and children we serve. Lightly used gear can be dropped off to our Provo and Salt Lake locations. For more information about in-kind donations, please contact Josie at jwhite@houseofhopeut.org or at 801-487-3276 ext. 1217.
  3. Winter (Amazon) Wish List: If you’re unable to drop off in-kind donations in-person, another great option is to buy an item (or two!) from our Amazon Winter Wish List. Follow this link to view all the possible purchase items.

The generous spirit of #GivingTuesday continues year round at House of Hope! For group project and volunteer opportunities, please email Josie at jwhite@houseofhopeut.org for more information.

House of Hope would like to thank you for partnering with us to serve the women and children of our community today and every day! We cannot do it without you.
